What if my transaction volume exceeds the package limits?

We'll talk about it before it's a problem. If your volume consistently runs higher than your package covers, I'll let you know and we'll move you to the right tier or adjust your rate. No surprise charges mid-month.

Do you handle payroll processing?

No — I don't run payroll directly. Payroll processing stays with your provider (ADP, Gusto, Paychex, etc.). What I do is reconcile your payroll against your books every month so everything matches and your records are clean. If you need help setting up a payroll system, that's available as an add-on.

What do you need from me each month?

Not much. Once we're set up, I primarily work inside QuickBooks Online and pull statements directly. You'll typically need to send any documents that aren't automatically available — a few receipts, the occasional bank statement, or answers to a question or two. I keep it simple on your end on purpose.

Do you work with all franchise systems?

Yes. I work across franchise industries — food & beverage, fitness, home services, retail, and more. Every franchisor has slightly different reporting requirements, and I build your chart of accounts and reporting around your specific system. If you're unsure whether your franchise is a fit, bring it up in the consultation.
